I can’t log into the website?

You may be using the wrong login ID or your password may be incorrect. Try putting in your login ID and hit “Lost Password?” Check your e-mail and use the new password the system generated for you. Still can’t get in? Contact the office at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.  and we will send you a message back with your login ID and a new password. The site is case sensitive.

I’ve lost my password!

Click on the “Lost Password?” below the login. Enter your login I.D. and e-mail address. The system will generate a new password for you and an e-mail will be sent to you.

How do I change my password?

Login to the website. Click on “Your details” From here you can change any of your details listed including your password and login ID. However, PLEASE, do not change your Login ID.  

Does our website work on any platform?

Yes. This is one of the big advantages of our new website. It works in MAC, Windows, IE (any version), Linux, Firefox… however, if you are an AOL user, you cannot login to the site through AOL's browser due to their firewall restrictions. You must go through a regular browser.
