November 19 & 20, 2012 saw the SMCAA welcome Kevin Dougherty of SMACNA to Calgary and Edmonton, respectively, to provide our third annual seminar to our membership. A Supervisory Training Program "How to be A More Effective Foreman" was very well received by all that attended. Some comments were:
