November 16 & 17, 2011 saw the SMCAA welcome Kevin Dougherty of SMACNA to Calgary and Edmonton, respectively to provide a seminar to our membership.  A Supervisory Training Program "Sheet Metal Foreman: Planning, Goal Setting and Performance Improvement" was very well received by all that attended.  Some comments were:
